Introducing JobPLT: international jobs in one place, matched to your CV

JobPLT searches LinkedIn, Indeed, the big local job portals and hundreds of company career pages in Germany, the UAE and Australia at once, and ranks every job by how well it matches your CV.

JobPLT: your AI pilot for finding the right job

Looking for a job in another country usually means learning a new set of job sites, repeating the same search on each of them and reading postings that turn out to be a poor fit. JobPLT does that legwork for you: upload your CV once, and it searches international and local job portals and company career pages together, then ranks every result by how well it matches you.

We start with three of the most popular destinations for international talent: Germany, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.

The name says what it's for: JobPLT is short for Job Pilot, your AI pilot for finding the right job. You set the destination (your CV and the roles you want); JobPLT plots the route across job sites, points out the best matches and shows you what to fix on the way.

What JobPLT does

It reads your CV

Upload a PDF, Word or text file and JobPLT pulls out what matters for matching: your skills (from a dictionary of around 160 technical skills and their common aliases, so "GenAI" and "Generative AI" count as the same thing), your target and past job titles, your years of experience and your seniority level.

You stay in control. Every keyword appears as an editable chip, so you can remove anything you don't want weighted and add anything that's missing before you search.

It searches every source at once

One click searches:

You choose whole countries or cities (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and more) and how recent the postings should be. Some big portals, such as StepStone, GulfTalent and CareerOne, block automated searches; for those JobPLT gives you one-click links that open their results for the same job title. Progress for each source updates live, and you can stop a search at any time and keep what it has found.

It ranks every job for you

Each job gets a match score from 0 to 100, built from three things: the skills you share with the job, how closely the job description's wording matches your CV, and how well the title fits the roles you want. We explain the details in how the match score works.

Results are split into tabs (All, LinkedIn, Indeed, Local job boards, Company careers and HR contacts), and each tab shows its top 20 matches by default so you can focus on the best ones first. Open any job to see which of your skills it uses and which skills it asks for that aren't on your CV.

It finds recruiter contacts

When a posting includes a recruiter's email address or phone number, JobPLT shows it in the HR contacts tab, with one-click email and call, and lets you download them all as a CSV file. Read our guide to using recruiter contacts well.

It scores your CV

Every CV you upload gets a CV score across six areas, with prioritised suggestions that quote your own lines: achievements without numbers, heading typos, a missing LinkedIn link and more. See what the CV score checks.
